we specialise in hand crafting the finest foods using premium ingredients to push the boundaries of 'what goes with your food'.
We like to use science and creativity to produce never been seen before jams, mustards, sauces, pickles, curds and vinegars......... and we have only just started!
why does jam just have to go on morning toast? how can you bring strawberry jam into the twentyfirst century? how do you smoke a beetroot?
A flat roof farm jam can add an exquisite glaze to a gammon joint, can change the face of an ice cream, supercharge a salad dressing, command the most dangerous cheeseboard, make tremendous dips and of course, change the face of toast.
Our classic english condiments take on a boozy twist, our mojito mint sauce is possibly the most decadent around, the rum punch cranberry sauce is a tantalizer, our tartan mustard packes a scottish punch and the locally sourced cider apple sauce is a tangy accompiament for any porkish demands.
We produce bespoke products for micro-breweries with british classic favorites lovingly paired with a craft ale/beer/stout.
Talking of craft, our craft mustard range pushes the boundaries of taste and flavour in all directions.
